Curbside Services

all WCPL locations are closed to the public.

Curbside Pickup (see instructions below), Door-to-Door, and Home Delivery Services will continue to be available.

Please call a library location once you arrive for assistance.

Walk-up services include:

Curbside Pickup in Four Steps

  1. Place your requests in our online catalog. Learn how to place a hold request for an item. If you need assistance, call one our our library locations.
  2. Wait until you have received a holds notification, OR check your library account online to see that items have gone from “Pending” or “Active” to “Held.” Your items will be held for 5 days before expiring.
  3. Before your hold expires, come to the library branch you selected as the holds pick up location. When you arrive, follow the on-site instructions to let a staff member know you are there for a pick up.
  4. Show us your library card or photo ID and we’ll get you your materials.

All items check out for 2 weeks at a time.
An item on loan may be renewed three times unless a hold request has been placed on the item.

Note: Please make your requests in the catalog at least a day before you attempt to pickup.
