 g tension\, anxiety\, depression and stress. When people sense how conne
 cted they are to humanity\, they feel more curious about others and have
  more courage to know each other.\n\nThe Drum Circle will be a vocal hea
 ling session\, a gentle\, immersive experience where we will use the pow
 er of our own voices to release tension\, balance energy\, and invite de
 eper connection to ourselves. Through simple\, intentional sounds\, we w
 ill let the vibration move through us to help clear blocks\, calm the mi
