Back to Back Books: a book lovers festival by WCPL
If you enjoyed the SOKY Book Fest,
you’ll LOVE this book lovers festival.
Hosted independently by Warren County Public Library with retail assistance from Plaid Elephant Books, this festival put readers in touch with published authors, gave access to excellent presentations by best-selling authors, provide a chance for attendees to receive a *FREE copy of the headliners’ books, and let folks purchase titles by them and additional authors in attendance. Presentations took place at the Capitol. Books were purchased and signed in the Author Hall.
*Here’s how the FREE book system worked: The first 200 audience members received a voucher upon exit that can be redeemed following each presentation in the Author Hall.
See below for the schedule of headlining authors who presented at the Capitol the list of additional authors who were in attendance in the Author Hall.
Friday’s pre-event was moved to Saturday at 10 a.m.: “Cultivating Connections: Navigating the Writing Life!”
David Arnold, James Hunter, and Gwenda Bond presented on Saturday morning instead of Friday, due to Jamie Ford’s cancellation.
