Come enjoy downtown Bowling Green’s newest outdoor hangout spot. Located on College Street, this Food Truck park will be a great place to try a new cuisine and play lawn games with your family and friends. Help keep our city beautiful and clean up after yourselves and pets when you visit!

Opening Saturday, October 19!
The Fringe will unofficially open for business Saturday, October 19, during the annual Downtown Harvest Festival.
The Festival runs 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and takes over the downtown blocks from Circus Square to Fountain Square. This fantastic free event invites thousands of people to enjoy local vendors, music, food, and children’s games. Check back soon to see which trucks will be parked at The Fringe that day.
Monday Lunch @ The Fringe
Do you work or live downtown or nearby and need a place to grab lunch on Mondays? Starting October 21, The Fringe has your back (and your stomach)!
Soak up fresh fall air, and enjoy our picnic tables and sun shades. Throw a frisbee. Walk your dog. Buy local food.

How can I apply to bring my Food Truck to The Fringe?
Fill out the form on this page (or go HERE to fill out the application). After you apply, you will need to submit the following files via email to thefringe@warrenpl.org:
- Logo (.jpeg or .png preferred)
- Menu (PDF file preferred)
- Photo of your truck (.jpeg or .png preferred)
- Warren County Occupational License*
- BRDHD Permit*
- Proof of Insurance*

What amenities are available to Food Trucks?
- Electric (pending installation)
- Placement on our website
- Premier location with access to tables, trash cans
What fees does a Food Truck owner pay to operate at The Fringe?
5%
What guidelines must Food Trucks follow at The Fringe?
- You must provide an electronic copy of your register tape/sales report at the end of your shift. You will be invoiced for 5% of sales.
- We must have permits and proof of insurance on file.
- You must arrive promptly for your scheduled shift.
- You must display your parking permit on your truck dash.
You will not be scheduled again if you do not comply with the above or:
- Are late or a no-show
- Leave before your scheduled without communication
- Constantly run out of food early
- Are unable to manage the volume to keep reasonable wait times.
- Do not pick up trash around your food truck at the end of your shift.
