WCPL is very passionate about local farmers, artists, and crafters, and helping them extend their reach to our local community.  We host several markets throughout the year, two one-day events (with a small fee or no fee to our vendors), as well as a Summer Reading Saturdays series, which takes place in June, July, and sometimes into August. Market location: Bob Kirby Branch (175 Iron Skillet Ct.)

Market hours: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The Holiday Market is for local crafters/artisans, bakers, and authors to showcase and sell their wares. All products sold must be made/created/authored by an individual or small business. Items sold should be library and family friendly. (If you have specific questions about this, reach out to markets@warrenpl.org.)

Additional Details

Vendor application window: opens 9/21/26; closes 10/11/26.

Vendor acceptance notifications: will be emailed 10/16/26; confirmations must be returned by end of day 10/21. Additional details will be shared in the notification email.

Market setup: One 6-foot table and chairs will be provided. (Additional tables will not be allowed.)

 This yearly Holiday Market will be hosted at the Bob Kirby Branch Library on Small Business Saturday (the Saturday that follows Thanksgiving, Nov. 28). Free to the public, it does not have a vendor fee.

The Holiday Market is a great place for local crafts folks, artisans, bakers, and authors to connect with the community, share and sell their creations all while spreading holiday cheer!

    Provide a high-quality image of your product to help us make an informed decision. Use of AI imagey is strictly prohibited. If you are an author, send a photo of your current title. If you have multiple items, a group picture is preferred. If your business is selected, this image will be used for social media promotions.

      As a small business and vendor, it is your responsibility to have all of the necessary paperwork in order to be operational. Provide copies of the necessary paperwork here. If you are selling pre-packaged baked goods made in your home, ensure you have the Home-Based Processing registration. All foods should be properly marked in accordance to regulation. Failure to provide these materials will determine your acceptance into the holiday market. If you are using a temporary vendor permit and do not receive documentation until after events occur, explain that below.
