LIBRARY DELIVERY SERVICES
We go the extra mile.
Whether it is finding the right book or resource for a class, or recommending something to read, watch, or listen to, we are happy to help. When we say will go the extra mile for you, we mean it! A WCPL staff member will actually bring library materials to your home or classroom. Just fill out the form or contact us, and we will be in touch.
Patron Delivery Services
Home Delivery
This service delivers library materials on a regular basis to Warren County residents of any age who cannot use the library due to a physical disability or illness. Individuals qualifying for the service include those who are unable to use the library due to a personal or physical limitation, whether a physical disability, handicap, illness, advanced age, short-term convalescence, or illness resulting in limited mobility, such as cardiac or arthritic conditions.
In addition, Nursing Homes, Senior Daycare Centers and Elderly Housing Complexes may request drop-off service.
Home Delivery Requests
For more information or to see if you or your agency qualifies, contact Laura Brown at 270-781-4882, ext 113; or by email at laurab@warrenpl.org.
Neighborhood Delivery
This service, formerly known as “Door-to-Door Delivery,” is available to anyone who would like any of the materials they have placed on hold to be delivered to them. Unlike the Home Delivery service, it is not regularly scheduled nor is it dependent on being home bound due to age, disability, or other physical condition.
These are the steps for requesting delivery to your home or business:
1. Request items at http://catalog.warrenpl.org OR through the Your Next Reads form and select Neighborhood Delivery as the Pick-up location.*
2. After requesting your items, fill out the form on this page to finalize your delivery request.
3. Deliveries will be made as soon as items are available. Your delivery librarian will be in touch to schedule your delivery date and time.
You must be present at time of delivery. If you are unavailable at your home during delivery hours (10 a.m to 3 p.m.), you may choose to send the items to your place of employment instead.

Educational Delivery Service
This service delivers a carefully curated selection of books and other media (when requested) directly to classrooms, daycare facilities, and after-school programs on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Selections are targeted to your classroom’s age group and reading level. Special themes may be requested.
Story times and activities can be provided when books are delivered to your classroom, upon request.
