(Teen/Adult) Come learn the basics of quilting in this two week class led by local quilter, Judy Scott. In this class, students will learn about all types of patchwork styles and learn how to hand piece several blocks to find a style of patchwork that appeals to them. The class will also include information about sandwiching and binding a quilt. Students should bring a pair of scissors if possible. Note that there will be some homework between class 1 and 2 which will consist of working on blocks. At the end of the class the students will have enough blocks to make a small wall hanging or pillow and the knowledge of how to complete their project. Make sure you are able to attend both classes.
